Native from Uckange (France), I have been living and working in Luxembourg for almost 5 years.

I graduated from a French engineer school (ENSGSI) in 2010 while pursuing an athletic career both at the French and European levels.

In 2010, I won the gold medal at the 200m indoor of the French athletics championship. That year, I also won the gold medal with the relay team of France in the European athletics championship in Barcelona. I was made citoyen d’honneur of the city of Uckange for my athletic career.

I have been working as an IT engineer for over a decade and decided to change the focus of my career towards pursuing sports, mental and physical coaching.

I am known for my punctuality, rigor and for adapting to my clients’ needs and goals.

I meet my clients where it is easier for them to train. Opened for individual or collective sessions, including in your workplace. Contact me for a first free session.
